BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport® are effective treatments for treating and preventing fine lines, wrinkles, and deep facial furrows. There are several off-label uses for BOTOX® and Dysport®, including treatment for neckbands, chin dimples, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and slimming the jawline. In most cases, treatments take 15 minutes.

What do BOTOX® and Dysport® do?
BOTOX® and Dysport® relax muscles beneath the skin’s surface, resulting in wrinkles and folds.
How do BOTOX® and Dysport® differ?
Although Dysport® takes effect faster than BOTOX®, the price and duration are about the same. Despite some claims that one works better than the other, in our experience, they are not significantly different.
How long does a BOTOX® or Dysport® treatment last?
BOTOX® and Dysport® are not permanent. A touch-up is usually needed after three to four months of BOTOX® or Dysport® treatment. *Results may vary from patient to patient.
Will there be recovery or downtime after neuromodulator injections?
No recovery period or downtime is expected after neuromodulator injections. Headaches, bruises, and temporary redness are possible side effects.
