Monica Wilk, MD. Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine. Dr. Wilk trained in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. Specializing in Gut microbiome, hormone wellness, fertility optimization, and immune health, she has received extensive training through the Institute of Functional Medicine from the Cleveland Clinic.

Angie Perciak, APRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 6 years’ experience as a provider. Angie has over 22 years of experience as a registered nurse. She belongs to the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board, Inc. and is a member of the Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses. Angie is continuing to expand her education in Gastroenterology from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M) as well as training through The Institute for Functional Medicine from the Cleveland Clinic.

Reannin Moles, APRN, is the founder of ReLux Medical Spa, LLC. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board, Inc. She has over 4 years of experience as a provider. Reannin is continuing to expand her education in Gastroenterology from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M) as well as training through The Institute for Functional Medicine from the Cleveland Clinic.
