Our Policies
Our policies are in place to promote a comfortable environment and to show respect to our patients and staff. We ask that you treat our administrative staff with respect and decency upon the enforcement of these policies.
Appointment Policy
To reserve an appointment at ReLux Medical Spa, all patients are required to have a valid credit card on file.
Consultation appointments require the applicable consultation fee at the time of booking. When eligible, this fee may be applied toward the cost of a qualifying service or skincare product purchased within 30 days of your consultation.
Your credit card will also be used to process any applicable late cancellation, no-show, or other fees in accordance with our Consultation Fee and Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
For your security, all payment information is encrypted and securely stored through our HIPAA-compliant payment processing system. ReLux Medical Spa team members do not have access to your complete credit card information and may only process charges relate to services, products, or fees authorized under our policies.
Consultation Fees
A $75 consultation fee is required to reserve all Injector, Aesthetician, Chemical Peel, and Laser/RF Microneedling consultations.
The consultation fee may be applied toward any eligible service or skincare product purchased within 30 days of your consultation.
Weight Loss Consultations
A $250 consultation fee is required to reserve all Medically Managed Weight Loss Consultations. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and covers your comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At ReLux Medical Spa, we value both your time and the time of our providers. To ensure appointment availability for all our guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Consultation Appointments
Consultation fees for all new patient consultations are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the appointment is missed (no-show) or canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Service Appointments
Appointments that are missed (no-showed) or canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, will be subject to the subject to the following cancellation fees, which will automatically charge to the credit card on file.
Injectables, Laser, RF/Microneedling, Medical Services, Permanent Makeup & Tiny Tattoos

If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be successfully processed, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
Repeat Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients who accumulate two (2) no-shows and/or late cancellations will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments at the time of booking.
Prepaid appointment fees are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed in violation of our 48-hour cancellation policy.
Why We Have This Policy
Our providers’ schedules are often booked weeks to months in advance, and we maintain an active waiting list for appointments. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients who are waiting for care.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to provide exceptional service, respect our providers’ time, and ensure appointment availability for all of our patients.
How to cancel
Cancelled Appointments
If appointments are rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid for the consultation will be credited for future services at ReLux Medical Spa and must be used with in 30 days (See Consultation Fee).
Tardiness Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling or a shortened treatment. For detailed information on fees, please consult our Cancellation Policy.
Children Policy
Here at ReLux, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients. If an appointment is needed to be rescheduled same day a Cancellation Fee will apply (See Cancelation Policy).
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. No refund on Gift Card/Packages.
Retail
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
Pet Policy
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to ReLux. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
By scheduling an appointment with ReLux Medical Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by our Appointment Policy, Consultation Fee Policy, Cancellation & No-Show Policy, Late Arrival Policy, Cancelled Appointment Policy, Refund Policy, Children Policy, Retail Policy, and Pet Policy. These policies are in place to ensure the highest level of care, safety, and service for all of our patients and guests.

Consultation Fee
A $50 Consultation Fee is needed to schedule any consultation. The Consultation Fee is applied to the cost of a service or product when completed within 3 months. Functional Medicine Consultations: Require a one-time $250 Consultation Fee to schedule any new client appointment. If you have an active ReLux Medical Spa Membership $175 consultation fee is need to book. The cost of this Consultation Fee is non-refundable or transferable.
Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
At ReLux Medical Spa we have a 48-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that No Shows and/or Cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:
All Injection/Laser/Medical/Permanent Make Up/Tiny Tattoo Appointments:
0-29 minutes – $50
30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $150
All Skin Health/Head Spa Appointments:
0-45 minutes - $50
46-59 - $75
60+ - $100
If a client has No Shows and/or Late Cancels 2 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the Cancellation / No Show Fee is unable to be processed the fee must be paid prior to re-scheduling.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the ReLux team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
