Permanent Makeup/Tiny Tattoo Policy

Booking
All services require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking. Remaining balance is due at the time of appointment.
Rescheduling
If you reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 72 hours of your appointment time. You can cancel by calling 330-281-4699 or emailing [email protected]. Failure to cancel outside of 72 hours results in forfeit of the $100.
No-Show
A No-Show to your appointment will result in 50% of the cost of your service.
Touch-Ups
At the end of your appointment your touch-up appointment will be scheduled for 6 weeks. If you reschedule your touch up and it falls outside of the 6–8-week period following the initial appointment, you will be asked to rebook at an additional cost of $100.
Other Policies
For your safety all permanent makeup and tiny tattoo appointments are child free.
